Brook has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Brain and Cognition from the University of Guelph and her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She uses methodology from CBT, IFS, CPT and narrative therapy to help clients understand their internal world. Brook has special training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR to help support clients with trauma. She is also trained in ULCA’s PEERS Social Skills Training to help support young adults gain more knowledge and confidence in navigating the social world. Additionally, she works with many clients with ADHD to help build skills to help with time management, planning, goal achievement, focus and self-esteem. Brook works with clients ages 10 and above.
